Delete from the app

1. Sign in to ChurchBeacon.
2. Open More, then Member Options.
3. Select Permanently Delete Account and review the deletion summary.
4. Confirm deletion. ChurchBeacon may require you to sign in again if your authentication is no longer recent.

If you are the final primary administrator, you may request a transfer to an eligible administrator who must accept it, or continue without a transfer. Continuing places the church into administrator recovery; it does not automatically appoint another person or assign the spiritual title of Pastor.

Request deletion on the web

You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app. Submit the account email below. To protect members from unauthorized deletion, ChurchBeacon will contact that email and verify identity before acting.

If the form is unavailable, email info@churchbeaconapp.com from the address associated with your account.

What is deleted and what may remain

After verification and confirmation, account deletion removes the central sign-in, memberships, church authorization profiles, private profile and family-milestone records, private contact photos, personal notifications, and device registrations. Active ChurchBeacon sessions are revoked. Cleanup that cannot finish immediately is queued for retry.

Church-owned events, announcements, sermons, the church subscription, completed giving records, and security audits are not removed merely because one person leaves. ChurchBeacon deletes or replaces the departing account link when practicable. Limited pseudonymous financial, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those obligations. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal backup cycles.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a recurring Stripe donation or a church’s ChurchBeacon subscription. Those payment arrangements must be canceled separately.
